Dear Sirs,
I have received last week an update from the COIV.
Mr Van Droogbroeck (COIV)confirmed to me that the COIV is also the opinion that all parties have now confirmed their approval for the distribution of the monies.
However, because in this particular case the monies will not be distributed by the official Belgian entity in charge to do so (FOD Finances), but by a bailiff, COIV needs one last approval from the General Attorney of the Brussels Court of Appeal.
Mr Van Droogbroeck confirmed to me that he will act quickly and advise favorably for the transfer of the monies to the bailiff.
